Kya yaar 4g generation me bi 2g GPRS ki speed nahi mil rahi hai na hi proper calling network @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence .So many times complaint but got nothing in response. it's not only my problems, this problem facing my whole village..pls install network tower

So @airtelindia launched a campaign claiming they have a target of zero customer complaints. How it works. @Airtel_Presence will register the complaint and close the ticket without providing a resolution. Totally disgusted. I registered a complaint twice and it got closed.

@airtelindia my network is on E for the last 2 hours & there is no Internet connection. My calls to 121, 198 didn't solve the problem. As I had to use WiFi to use the Airtel app my problem could not be diagnosed. Pls reply n sort out my problem ASAP. Sent u the details in DM.
