    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I applied for your Airtel xtreme broadband and paid for 3 month connection in advance on 5th Nov, still everyday your customer service team is telling mam it will be done within 4 hours next day. But I don’t know when their NEXT Day will come.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is the worst xtream fiber service provider. 9 out of 10 days they can't provide proper speed. Speed is showing 9mbps when it should atleast be above 40. Their call support says everything is fine. U pay extra 1000 for a new router DON'T BUY IT

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why your network not working proper are you giving a good 4g network in my opinion its waste your network is like a **** very slow network everytime it gones from 4g to edge simultaneously i complained many times but still you guys not working 😡

    My wifi is getting LOS since yesterday 6pm and request no 10040893308 has been generated. I was assured of 2 hours. More than 15 hrs and my wifi is not yet fixed. Also, my plan is of 200mbps and I get such poor speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter !!!

    @saurabh87333200 @airtelindia Thier engineer will visit on scooty without any machine and see the houses ,give again a new time frame to customer. Bad service in 4KE LCO Kareli airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution
