My internet not working since last 12days but deducting money on daily basis.Made complaint with SR no-10000586421 but not rectified.On asking to disconnect service,they are telling that money in account will not be refunded.Cheater company

@airtelindia (2/3) I tried multiple times to change the plan again to 6 months but in vain. Even after 10/12 calls to customer care they didn't change the plan and kept pushing to next month for 4 months. Eventually I decided to stop and close the Airtel account which was more hrbl experience

Airtel is such a bad company that doesn't care about their customers. The network you provide you call it 4G, you should be ashamed of it. It barely loads Google search, and never loads websites and YouTube. It's not 4G it's 2G in the name and price of 4G. @airtelindia

@airtelindia (1/2) Acc num:7041856426. Airtel is worst in customer service and fraud. I was regular user of Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband network and DTH for 1 year at bangalore. I had 6 monthly plan for broadband service and suddenly they changed it to monthly plan which costs more.
