My wifi is getting LOS since yesterday 6pm and request no 10040893308 has been generated. I was assured of 2 hours. More than 15 hrs and my wifi is not yet fixed. Also, my plan is of 200mbps and I get such poor speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter !!!

I'm using @airtelindia sim right now i had paid them for 4g network of 2Gb/day for my online studies but I can't even use 100 Mb of data per day. Bcoz of @airtelindia's poor network. @airtelindia I'm unable to study bcoz of your network issues Shame on You I want my data refund

My internet not working since last 12days but deducting money on daily basis.Made complaint with SR no-10000586421 but not rectified.On asking to disconnect service,they are telling that money in account will not be refunded.Cheater company

@devesh2395 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I do not trust the theory of broken sim. Sim card is a physical device which is inserted into the slot and do not find a reason to break without human intervention, unless the providers sets up an expiry date for your sim which is again a software issue.
