My internet not working since last 12days but deducting money on daily basis.Made complaint with SR no-10000586421 but not rectified.On asking to disconnect service,they are telling that money in account will not be refunded.Cheater company

My wifi is getting LOS since yesterday 6pm and request no 10040893308 has been generated. I was assured of 2 hours. More than 15 hrs and my wifi is not yet fixed. Also, my plan is of 200mbps and I get such poor speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into the matter !!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is the worst xtream fiber service provider. 9 out of 10 days they can't provide proper speed. Speed is showing 9mbps when it should atleast be above 40. Their call support says everything is fine. U pay extra 1000 for a new router DON'T BUY IT

Hey I have complaint two times to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about my broadband connection that has to be upgraded recently there was copper line in my area but now it's upgraded to fiber but no technical team came to my house despite of 2 request raise to upgrade it to fiber
