@Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel takes 22+ hrs to fix an issue in a tier 2 city like Bangalore. Why could not it been fix today? Such a shame! As always, i am unable to talk to a customer care analyst. Surely not providing happy code tomorrow, for which engineer gonna crib.

@airtelindia My xtreamfiber broadband is not working since morning. Urgently raised SR but technician closed it without even visiting me. As per last SR, resolution was promised before 5.30 pm but no action yet. Very unprofessional from Airtel's side. Escalation matrix required.
