    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia atleast the network gives up. Hope you guys will restore the connectivity back. Data functionality is very weak. 4G signal has weakened!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone to Airtel because of better service and internet speed. But with Airtel basic coverage area in Goa is very bad. I regret my decision & planning to switch again. @goacm is also not working honestly for improvement in this issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i hav been trying to switch from prepaid to postpaid i went to all the stores here in my city there is not a single store who can help me with such a service i dint recharges because of it and i can't use it now how can u dont have a proper store

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    You can convert to eSIM only if you have a Postpaid connection @airtelindia , This is not acceptable! Its a Very basic Service!

    Is this the standard of customer service @airtelindia stands for? A refund promised in 45 days is still pending after 90+ days. Customers deserve answers and action—not endless delays and template replies.
