Just switched to @airtelindia. And just like that, all my problems have disappeared. I get full speed 4G at my home and I can call and receive calls from other people! Something so simple @Idea couldn’t fix. Anyway, the nightmare is over! Hope y’all had a happy Halloween 🎃

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely disgusting that you don't seem to have even a single bar of service in the middle of the city at a hospital. What if somebody needed to call for an emergency? It's beyond me how you want to charge more for no service.

@airtelindia I never have got as many calls if I ever raised an issue as I have in past 3 days despite making the payment, just coz ur softwares are dated the payment made takes two days to reflect and the amazing part is I don’t even have network on my phone

hii @TRAI why are you silent while telecom companies like @airtelindia @ViBusinessIndia are looting customer. first they make a mandatory recharge of rs 35 to keep sim activated. then increased prices from 35 to 49 to 79. now even after recharge of 79 rs. we can't send sms.
