    @airtelindia I m using your extreem fiber but in 24hrs I m checking most of the time internet is working or not Whenever I rise a complaint via app there is showing we will call you back within 30mint But never got a call So now I want to remove airtel extreem

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys don't even honour your commitment. Your employees say, this will be done on priority and then ghost for 4 days. What type of priority it is. Are you just fooling your customer.

    @airtelindia forced to tweet a complaint here obviously because of no response from your customer care. Docket number 10050897563. No resolution in the last 10 days. Had to cancel online classes due to no connectivity. Horrible customer service. Engineers don’t even visit us.
