    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Genuinely disappointed with the services and assistance given by Airtel Staff. No one helped when needed the most. No point of being a platinum customer, if you can't resolve the issue. I have completely lost all trust, gained over years.

    Airtel Internet is not working in my area It's feel disgusting to use Airtel network from past many months I am facing this discomfort.I am.only using wifi when i am at home and my data gets wasted daily from both of my Sims .Its time to port to other network @airtelindia

    @airtelindia has one of the worst customer services department where my complaint given on 27 October 2022 still has not got resolved and their collection team harass you irrespective of your billing complaint being unresolved for payment of the bill
