    @airtelindia jst received a call frm a pathetic customer service agent who on call THREATEN me saying I hv complete address of ur. When I hv raised a service disconnect request prior to my bill generation he come I hv a outstanding bill? This is THE reason to disconnect service

    @airtelindia is simply genius. If you don't get internet with Xstream fiber then you can raise the issue and diagnose the same via Airtel Thanks App. Fun Fact: Airtel Thanks App doesn't without internet. Now when you call 121, they can't raise the issue because . . .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service request no 10015519534 raised on 18th Jan, no response till now. Customer care number is useless and complete wastage of time, tried 10 times but no option to talk to agent. totally unreliable service, not sure why we need to pay
