    @airtelindia While stay at indoor or at outdoor, huge call drop by Airtel . Can't talk about internet service which is very worst due to low signal strength, I have complained before but not solved , I need to switch to 2G for incoming call without call drop. My no. 9954331489

    8 days without Airtel DTH service and still no resolution even after repeated complaints. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer support and lack of accountability from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia Customers are being ignored completely.     @airtelindia earlier outgoing service worked for at least sometime after expiry. Now the moment validity ends the line practically useless causing mental harassment to make just one call, customers are not ATM @airtelindia please understand that and provide the solution asap.

    @airtelindia Airtel Broadband is a joke today. Money taken on time, but NO INTERNET SERVICE at all. This is pure harassment. If you can’t provide stable broadband, DISCONNECT my connection TODAY and stop charging me for NOTHING. Enough is enough. Fix this NOW. @Airtel_Presence

    Very disappointed with the behaviour of the @airtelindia staff & store manager at their store in #Purnia, #Bihar. The response has been unprofessional, rude, & lacking customer sensitivity. Customers deserve timely resolution of their issues. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel Have applied for fibre connection along with DTH. Installed on 5.5.26 but DTH settop box has some issues. They assured to come back next day with new one. But after they are not responding to my calls. Pathetic service.

    At present in India, @airtelindia is the only true 5G network, @reliancejio sucks. Even at exact same point, airtel works like a bullet train whereas jio struggle to maintain even 4G speed. V! and BSNL were never in the competition.
