    @airtelindia While stay at indoor or at outdoor, huge call drop by Airtel . Can't talk about internet service which is very worst due to low signal strength, I have complained before but not solved , I need to switch to 2G for incoming call without call drop. My no. 9954331489

    Recharge done for @airtelindia on 21 Dec. It’s 24 and I haven’t received benefit yet. Tried to contact @airtelindia and solve issue but they are just investigating from 3 days. 72+hours just for investigation of simple recharge and transaction. Frustrated.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If there is a delay in postpaid bill payment, d moment we try to make a call,the reminder starts even before the number connects. Now if a girl is in some problem and dials 4 help, 10 secs will be taken by u to remind about bill payment!! #Telecom

    @Suhelseth They are present everywhere but their presence is nowhere. @airtelindia is only good at lip services. Copy Paste Customer Service, on the ground they bite the dust. Migrated to airtel in the Good Hope but disappointed. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Why I am not able to raise a DND complaint about incoming messages from BT-AADIYO , AX-SKSHOM, AD-AKSHOM , BT-BATERY? when I send a complaint to 1909 I get a reply back that "Dear customer, we are unable to process your request. Please try after sometime." #TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been a day my airtel fibre is not working and i have raise many complaints but no action is being taken. I do not expect something like this from a reputed company like Airtel. I request you to take some action against this kind of service.
