@airtelindia While stay at indoor or at outdoor, huge call drop by Airtel . Can't talk about internet service which is very worst due to low signal strength, I have complained before but not solved , I need to switch to 2G for incoming call without call drop. My no. 9954331489

You know what's the hardest thing to do in India. Updating email id to your airtel phone number. They show in advertisement best customer service. It's easier to buy a new sim than updating email. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia I raise the request to convert my airtel prepaid to postpaid but due to some of your tech fault, the visitor said that there is already a pending req raised and he is not able to cancel that request it will take 1 month at least to get cancel
