@airtelindia My sim card is not working and applied for duplicate sim via airtel local store. It was rejected due to document mismatch (spelling mistake). And visited to master store on 23rd of this month and submitted proof. But till now I didn't get any reply from the team

I switched to airtel broadband this month, services are not consistent and I have contacted support team thrice they just come and say physically everything is fine, then go. If I call them they say switch it off and restart it. How many times am I supposed to do so @airtelindia
