    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how lack of competition can red tape the system is a classic example. Complaints closed without resolution crass customer service and belligerent service engineers…all but not working..

    @airtelindia your xstream fiber broadband is pathetic . Every week there is an outage in our area(Charkop,Kandivali-w, Mumbai) for hours on end where we lose both broadband and 4g network. There is no clarity from your help team either .

    @airtelindia My airtel sim stop working suddenly after I reached to customer care they told me that visit nearest airtel store get your sim but when I visit to the store retailer ask 200 rupees for sim , when it’s not my fault they why they charge amount from me, another worst
