@airtelindia While stay at indoor or at outdoor, huge call drop by Airtel . Can't talk about internet service which is very worst due to low signal strength, I have complained before but not solved , I need to switch to 2G for incoming call without call drop. My no. 9954331489

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why are you expanding the fiber broadband business when you can't provide installation of the service after the payment. Customer care service has become worse and they just register a complaint and there is no solution yet.

Time to say good bye to @airtelindia . Worst service ever. after daily data is over, even if i have extra 50gb data , speed is reduced to 64kbps. additional data is not being added immediately. useless service.

@reliancejio don't blame @airtelindia Just improve your service..... Your Demrits 1. charge on calling other network.. 2. Decrease data speed after 50% 3. 0 mbps speed when electricity not available (in some area) 4. Customer care do not resolve problem properly .

It seems @airtelindia has quit taking customer queries seriously. Can I get a response on my issue related to xtream premium service and which suddenly started demanding extra recharge. It is disappointing how the support staff have been ignoring my queries. #shameonairtel
