  Wifi was down yesterday when I can eback home. The @airtelindia guys came and fixed it. It was because of the winds, and our cables weren't affected, so they did not charge us. They were supposed to come tomorrow, but since there were a lot of such cases, they came today itself.

  @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Airtel is anti indian & always against the Indian government & policies.. they don't play fair game. Is this not discrimination between post paid and prepaid. If prepaid customers are not able to get digital service, then our digital India dream will be shattered.

  @AviatorMowgli @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia That's different because there you know what you'll get. Here, no one knows what kinda Internet speed or access prepaid people will get. Plus it's clearly a swine technique to make people move from pre-paid to postpaid service, which brings in more revenue and profits.
