  @airtelindia I am using your broadband connection and raised complaint from last many days, nobody turned up and when we call engineer they are giving assurances to attend.   I've been without WiFi since morning. A tech visit was scheduled, but no one showed up or bothered to cal. For a company that claims 2be India's best netwk, the aftersales service is pathetic. I expect someone from @airtelindia to take ownership & resolve this issue. 11035146926

  My @airtelindia Fiber broadband was down for ~48 hours and was restored only after countless follow-ups and repeated calls to customer support. Paying for a service that I couldn't use is unacceptable. I expect fair compensation—either bill adjustment or extension of my validity.
