  @airtelindia I’ve been trying to close one connection of DTH from my Airtel black package since last 1 year. Every time I get told it’ll take 48 hours to close but the same has not been done till now. From past 1 year I’ve been paying the money for the same. Such callous behaviour from Airtel.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable to see such unprofessionalism in customer care from your end. I have been trying to reach out for my 5G issues and no one bothers to help me out. I will now take legal routes to solve this matter. This is horrendous.

  Why @airtelindia why? Every time I call your customer care Helpline I meet with uneducated, unprofessional staff, people not able to understand english disconnect the call in the middle. Why the hell you claim that you have the best customer service @TRAI @MIB_India

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Called customer care — told "everything is fine on our end," no ticket raised. Visited the local Airtel service agent — he said his hands are tied without a ticket. So now I'm stuck in a loop with no one willing to actually log the issue.
