    Paid on Apr 1, 2023 for Airtel Black INR 2299 plan. Airtel black Id is not created even after 12 days. 18 of your call center agents have been escalating this to high priority but, no use. Can you pls help? It has been a mistake choosing you guys @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Order id 21-424-23985427, Paid on Apr 5th 2023 for Airtel mesh device. No response since last 8 days. Around 18 of your call center agents have no idea about the ETA; this is what they said. Can you pls help? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
