    @airtelindia , My mother has an airtel sim card that was working until ~ 4 weeks ago in Chicago. We got a new phone when we were in India 3 weeks ago. The sim worked perfectly in India. But, when we got back to Chicago, it does not work! Please advise how to fix this asap.
