@airtelindia I hv port my no. Frm Jio to Airtel. But data service is pathetic. Its totally waste of money in both hotspot & Mobile data. I complained ,the guy came but he wz unable to fix the problem. I am suffering data issue since i purchase it and in mobile data after porting.

All option on 198 is working other than complaints. This is bullshit. The @TRAI should strict the use of 198 limited to only complaints. For other ivr service they should use other number @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence My friend who took #airtelblack,got it without going2 store. till date when ever I took broadband never had to go to airtel store. During covid times they what people to do this. @airtelindia so bad to see this. Thnx to this, u r losing another client. I know who cares right?
