    I never thought in village area so struggling for mobile network. Imagine! How village students are studying online? Airtel is one of the worst network in my village. Kindly look in to this matter @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Trust me guys never use airtel broadband if your work is dependent on the internet the worst service you will get it been 15 days having frequent disconnection and no solution just wait in the call as trader loosing money because of fuckall internet @airtelindia avoid airtel !

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi & postpaid, I raised a service request to close wifi on 1st May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Why not shift the postpaid as well to Jio?

    @airtelindia , your senior management is full of cheap sales people . They have given targets to reduce connection returns instead of fixing speed quality. After an important video call got disrupted.. decided to return it .. but customer care issued repair request for incentive

    Hello @airtelindia. I am being forced to post this once again about the PTR record which I had requested. Your team has done nothing at all so far. It makes promises on phone which it doesn't deliver on. Your support is terrible to say the least.

    @airtelindia such a weak network I am postpaid customer still your service is so low standard and you don’t have area to resolve or register the issue. Chat box is just helpful or not helpful rating.Really you just need a kick

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi, I raised a service request for transfer of connection on 25th April for shifting on 2nd May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

    @airtelindia is the worst if you're willing to get a new wi-fi connection Never ever go ahead with them. It's been 48 hours since I made the full payment, they still haven't done anything. Now they said they will take 4 days just for just the visit Go ahead with @reliancejio

    @airtelindia you really need to sort out your tech. It’s a total disaster! All along we could buy an international roaming on your mobile app. Not anymore! It’s full of bugs and the same experience is on the desktop. Your customer hotline put you on hold for 8 mins and then disconnects on its own! I have tried for the last 30 mins and cannot switch on international roaming. Fire your tech leader!
