  @medussa007 @airtelindia Yes it's true. I am too an Airtel Black customer. But the network was the worst. They say for the Airtel Black customers has first priority, but there's not at all a customer service number to reach out. There's only one AI agent and that too gives very generic replies

  @airtelindia Indoor network issue at Satal Istamrar near Gopalpur Chowk, Bahadurganj (Kishanganj, Bihar). Signal is very weak inside home while outdoor works fine. Facing call drops and poor internet. Please look into this urgently and improve coverage in this area.

  @airtelindia worst customer service, nobody care for customer in your company. Took 40 mbps pack getting 1 mbps. Raised complin at customer care, instead of fixing issue somebody call and told "we have remotely fixed your router and closed my complain". It happens 3 -4 times.
