    @airtelindia what kind of service are you providing to your black customer. Your customer service team lacks basic knowledge to cater a request. Requested for relocation but the technician refused to cater the request whereas your competitor Jio is providing service here.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged 2GB/day plan, but I am not getting unlimited 5G. I did called customer care multiple times, but no luck. 5G signal in my area is good. Fix this issue immediately.

    Hey @unite8sports can you fix your TV guide on Airtel STB? Don't know if it's your problem or @airtelindia problem but the programming guide does not match the actual programs/matches/highlights. The issue is both in your HD1 and HD2 channels and also SD channels @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Still No Update , coustomer care says engineer assigned , engineer says no work assigned regarding my complain which was done on 12 june ( morning ) and today is 14 June . Worst service ever i experienced .

    @airtelindia since you have stopped responding my dms. The airtel chatbot is useless with no help at all. It has been more than a week I have no signal on my phone. Are y'all planning on fixing it or will you refund the amount i wasted to recharge since I'm not able to use it.

    Hey @airtelindia are you thinking after taking postpaid whatever services I give customer cannot change my plan what kind of call drop after moving in postpaid before this in prepaid time I never face call drops now it's daily happened to and data is also huge
