@airtelindia Hi Airtel, I have raised a concern regarding transaction failure refund issue, still no proper response from your end. I have send multiple emails, connecting with customer care and raised a complaint in Airtel Thanks App. It's already a month still no refund received

@airtelindia third class service. We dropped cheques kn drop box but 1 is posted and other 2 not posted and now we have bee charged late payment fee in current bill. New way of airtel to take money from customers. BE CAREFULL

@airtelindia Hi Airtel, Currently, we are moving to 5G technology. But the Airtel Customer Care Team was unable to solve the refund issue which happened one month ago, still team unable to understand my issue and process it further. Then, what's the use of moving further with issues.

Dear @Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Do you really care about the users? For the past 2 months the network never goes beyond 10kbps and even after complaining the speed never goes up! Yesterday I could not even make a video call! What happened to your so called 4G?
