    @Suhelseth They are present everywhere but their presence is nowhere. @airtelindia is only good at lip services. Copy Paste Customer Service, on the ground they bite the dust. Migrated to airtel in the Good Hope but disappointed. @Airtel_Presence

    Recharge done for @airtelindia on 21 Dec. It’s 24 and I haven’t received benefit yet. Tried to contact @airtelindia and solve issue but they are just investigating from 3 days. 72+hours just for investigation of simple recharge and transaction. Frustrated.

    @airtelindia I have applied for broadband connection 3 weeks ago, still it’s not installed. Very bad experience and service from Airtel. Will not recommend it to anyone.
