    @Karanvirarora @airtelindia I have been complaining about slow internet speed every time sr is raised FE visits but he will say everything is fine, its nothing we can do. They try to contact NOC team and they never respond to them and issue remains unresolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The request is pending more than 45 days now at airtel Kolhapur customer care center. We have to travel 30 km for following up with them as they are not responding calls. They haven't provided any request ID that I can escalate.
