  @indhavaainko @ACTFibernet @airtelindia same with every provider.BSNL was super duper but now that it has outsourced it after sales support, it is also in a downward trajectory.THe giant BSNL has to wake up from its slumber &give us the great service it once did and kick every other player where it will hurt the most.

  @airtelindia is the most stupid mobile service in India right now. The customer service is pathetic. You can try to explain your issue to a chat bot but it won't understand anything, and you can't talk to a representative on call.

  . @airtelindia There seems to be no way to talk to a customer service executive through your IVRS on 121. What is this? My prepaid connection has no signal for over three hours now, and I'm unable to register a complaint. Even the Airtel app is not allowing me to do so.
