    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I think Airtel has employed IAS Officers for field job which don’t even pick the phone call of customer. Inspite of repeated followups from last three days with the field person, he is neither picking the call nor calling me back.

    @airtelindia i have raised atleast 15 requests for a plan change of broadband on the airtel thanks app. Plan has still not been changed nor have i received any request number via sms.There is no way to reach out to customer service on IVR. Is this a joke of your reliable service

    @binod_dwivedi promise of @Airtel_Presence is verbal and only for advertisement purpose. We all know they are working with limited capacity but why @airtelindia is charging amount if not resolving issue within time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel I have been calling airtel CC every day since December 2021 to fix my billing issue. my airtel number is 9845919634, it has been an extremely disappointing experience for me with airtel as they are not fixing billing issues in 150days.
