Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. Filled form online, got callback from the sales person immediately and within an hour I had paid the money for installation. But little did I know it's a scam company. Post payment is more than 5 days, still no connection.
