@airtelindia I hv been reaching out to customer care to unbundle a family plan & add numbers to Airtel black. I was asked to clear outstanding to do so & I did it at least twice in last 1 month but they are dumb enough to not do it. Can you do something or should I port out?

Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. @airtelindia what a rubbish network you have in my locality! Raised complaints on #airtelthanks, but didn't get any solution. Came out of my class four - five times. Don't make ads on quality if you lack in that instead focus on cheap ads only. I doubt if you have any shame left.
