Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. @airtelindia One of worst Decision is to choose Airtel as your Service Provider. Please subscribe to other Service available in Market currently. Customer Service team and Escalation team is worst than BSNL customer service.
