  @airtelindia @airtel @Airtel_Services Very disappointed with Airtel Broadband. Internet has been down for 5+ hours and the same issue occurred last weekend. This is becoming a regular problem. How long are customers expected to suffer? Immediate action required.

  @airtelindia Millions of people use phones that do not support the internet. For them, recharges should be cheaper; the current ₹200 plan should cost ₹50 per month. Thank you

  Absolutely the most horrific customer service experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last 2 days, it is so unfortunate that Indian companies never manage to keep up a consistently uniform experience
