    @airtelindia Yesterday i drop a escalation but it feels like no one's care about it. Since 27th June Airtel failed to resolved my Internet speed related issue. Dead line was 12th of July and today 26th'Sept still zero improvement. Your Manager told me that the best possible now.

    @airtelindia Your ivrs customer care system is worst. I am unable to make the selection to contact customer support. After selecting prepaid services in the first step, the ivrs doesn't seem to recognise any input.
