My @airtelindia Sim card stopped working from last night my whole work is stucked and i am a postpaid prime customer of airtel and no retailer is my area i.e. Panna MP is able get me a new sim card. #VeryDisappointing @airtelnews

@airtelindia In ad u r showing very rosy picture of yr product and services which is not in existence. Local unorganised service provider is still far far better and responsive than big companies who take customers for granted.

Had a very bad experience with @airtelindia . Got the 3 Months plan installed yesterday. It worked for few mins after that "Connected, no internet". Asked the person to check multiple times but no positive response in this issue. Now am stuck. Pls help
