    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    Despite calling your customer care support more than 30 times since few days. My issue is not resolved. Everytime I am assured that my complaint has been escalated to higher priority and the issue will be resolved within 4 working hours. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia you guys have poor network service . Distance between Airtel tower and my area is just Half KM. as @reliancejio tower have awesome network service ( distance between jio tower and my area is 1.5 KM.) Feel free to contact me

    I am pissed off from your support. Request you to please waive off the charges from my bill for 10 days consumption. I talked to one of your supervisor and I was assured that 10 days charge will be deducted. If not then I'll not pay bill. SHAME..!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello we're using ur fibre internet service.but few days ago we are unable to use internet due to my broadband service shut down suddenly.even I raised the complain airtel customer service despite it no action was taken.your service is worst.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Broadband is not woking from two days. Not getting proper response from customer care and technical team. When I call customer care about current issue, they just keep on saying it would be resolved soon. I am hearing same words from last 30 hours. Didn’t expect this from Airtel

    @airtelindia my sim suddenly got inactive even though I have an active plan. Its been 28 hours without service. When I contacted customer service they say that it'll take 4 hours to restore service. This is certainly not acceptable. Who'll pay for lost work?
