    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i visited an Airtel store, where I was charged and issued a replacement (postpaid) eSIM with the same number. However, today the exact same problem has happened again — my phone switched off, and now the eSIM network is not coming back at all.

    As expected, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence continues to ‘escalate my issue’ and delaying any resolution. Funniest thing is I get calls from a number only to get hung up on, and I get a msg that my issue is resolved. They I’ve to manually reopen the case and.. rinse repeat!! Wow!

    @airtelindia @TRAI Complaint#109150505559988 — Facing frequent internet outages for the past 1 month (10–12 days down out of 30). Raised concern with support, was promised escalation & callback, but no response yet. Connectivity still inconsistent. Need urgent resolution

    Frustrated with @airtelindia Fiber WiFi! Poor service, endless outages (4-6 hrs monthly), unresponsive CC loop & dumb 24/7 chatbot. Issue unresolved >24hrs. Switching providers—no compensation for downtime forcing mobile data buys. Reliable when recharge ends, useless otherwise!
