    @Ramasaysz @airtelindia Jio is doing fraud with us by doing confirmation of unlimited data in 5G plan. If 2GB end, then I also face the same problem. So, I thought to install Jio fibre but still installation not done and not processing the refund for this. It's very worst product, service and their team

    What's worse is that your "Airtel Thanks" app doesn't even let us talk to a real human being. Your chatbot is useless and a total time waste. All it recommends is "restarting of the router," which never helps, so what's the point of having it. #CustomerExperience @airtelindia

    If I turned on my mobile hotspot while using @airtelindia #Unlimited5G service will you allow to use it via hotspot until 300GB/Month limit or whenever I turned on hotspot and connect my laptop it will be deducted from my 4G data pack? Give me a clear view on it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wifi is not working at my house. It’s been 4 days and still the issue is not fixed. Whenever i call customer service, m being told that it will get fixed in 2hrs. I have spoken with them 4 times till now. Please look into it asap.

    @airtelindia is dead for a reason Their dumdum road, Kolkata service centre straight up coms people into buying high priced postpaid connection Complained multiple times they doubled down on conning as a response

    @airtelindia My WIFI connection was prepaid and should have closed due to non-payment. Instead, you automatically converted it to postpaid. I want to close the connection immediately, but no one is picking up customer care. I wont pay extra #Airtel
