    On 23rd March .... I made a purchase of fastag from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews my airtel application.... for which ₹440 after some discount was deducted from my account... but airtel has failed to provide me ... kindly help @TRAI

    The saga of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will soon come to an end due to poor customer service and false commitments.... finally porting out today after being cheated for long time .... @TRAI should keep check on such cheaters

    @airtelindia I am facing slow internet problem from last 15 days. Now I am trying to complain on 198 customer care but AI is helping there. AI said that your complaint has been registered and will be resolved by 17th April 2026. AI is not giving complaint number.

    @airtelindia I am repeatedly trying to pay a bill using your app and Airtel axis credit card. it is failing repeatedly since last 3 days. what is the issue??? your app and your co-branded card seems to be of no use to a loyal customer

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. We requested a new Airtel Fiber connection on Friday, and your team promised installation within 24 hours. Payment was collected immediately, but it has now been 3 days with no installation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my AirFiber has been down since yesterday. Your customer care is unreachable due to "system upgrades" and the app chatbot is useless for actual technical issues. I’m forced to pay for a backup service,how do you plan to compensate me for this.

    @airtelindia This is extremely disappointing service from Airtel. I applied for new WiFi connection and paid ₹1500, but even after 4 days, installation is still pending. The assigned executive’s phone is switched off, and no response from manager or support team.

    @airtelindia i want to discontinue my wifi service cause I have got no resolution for more then 4-5 days now and I am getting no support from customer service too tbh I am really done with u guys I will discontinue all the service and port the sim and wifi to different services
