    Airtel broadband wifi sucks. Worst internet service. Worst customer service. Will drop airtel and switch to some other network, will recommend everyone in my reach to leave airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Worst experience ever with Airtel. I have requested to shift the connection within the city, they promise to shift in 24hrs, it's been 3days now they didn't install it. Apparently, I have asked to disconnect it, they are charging me..Con.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network in my area has degraded a lot. Even the Airtel app doesn't work on airtel's network. When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia Raised service request for connectivity issues. Engineer was supposed to visit between 4pm to 4.10pm, now its been 1 hr. He is not responding call. This is how airtel provide services?? #airtelExtreamFiber #worst service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelpune This is exactly the problem, I have given the ref number on my tweet, but you can't pick up rest of info from your system. Thats the reason you are not able to serve properly. First you need to develop intend to serve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Please look into this as this is a very serious issue people are facing. Airtel has been looting customers on the pretext of providing broadband services. Reality is that they don't even have the necessary infrastructure set-up needed for the same.

    Dear @airtelindia your xtreme fibre is used to be one of explicit service but we are experiencing too many technical issues now a days. Let us know when this will be restored in a better way? Or it’s time to say TATA to you! Awaiting your better services w.r.r broadband and data.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why was I charged 50 rs for a new sim card. Replacement SIM cards are usually free. It was ur fault that there was no network on my 1 year old sim and I was asked to replace it. Money making tactic?
