    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Airtel stop lying about “customer not responding.” Active plan already exists then how does a new recharge get activated immediately instead of queueing? This is a billing/system flaw, not user error. Fix it or explain. @TRAI

    Hey @airtelindia, is your "AirFiber" router actually just a potato with an antenna? Charging ₹588/month for an absolutely pathetic 5.83 Mbps down, 0.58 Mbps up, and a hilarious 530ms ping is outright robbery.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Since yesterday I've spent about 2 hrs over 5-6 calls to customer care to find a solution but nothing seems working out. All the execs take my call to supervisor team, followed by promise to resolve with 2-4 hrs & the result's are same.

    @airtelindia I paid ₹3022.61 for a 6-month WiFi plan in sep, but your support says it’s only 4 months. Why did your app show a 6-month plan and charge ~₹3K? This is misleading. Please fix this immediately, or I’ll escalate to consumer court.
