@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel commercials tends for the fastest network ever. Reality is worst network I've ever faced. Can't access internet properly for last 2-3 months. totally stucked. Hilarious experience ever. Mostly We are all going to port this to another network

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from past 2 yrs i am getting bill on the name of airtel fiber Connection but still you are providing copper connection. Moreover in every 15 days i am raising complaint but no solution. Pathetic customer service. I will not recommend any1 for airtel.

@airtelindia Hi, Your customer care process is highly ineffective. There is absolutely no customer centricity. I am charged incorrectly for International roaming when I didn’t activate it for that country. No SMS received either. Extremely disappointing and feeling cheated.

@airtelindia wats the procedure to stop getting pesky calls from u, repeatedly, 10 times a day, jus to tell me that I need to recharge(which I know). Why do u think a customer has free time to pickup these calls? And infact why shud u call? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
