    And today they crossed the limit when an @airtelindia executive called from the company number to help me and asked me for some information and when I gave all the information to him, then he hung up the phone.

    @airtelindia posted a request on 7th July to shift my broadband connection, still got no response from the airtel team even after contacting them twice. Time to shift to other operator now. Disappointed with the service. @Airtel_Presence
