  @airtelindia Loved your door-step delivery of a new sim. But I've been trying to reach customer care to convert the same as e-sim, but no response from the team or outlets. Please provide after-sales service too for door-step connections

  Can you imagine you're working from home and the wifi stops working for long on weekdays? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No internet service from last 48 hours. Filed a complaint yesterday, it's been 24 hours and nobody did bother to contact us and resolve the issue.Poor service!

  @airtelindia @reliancejio I have been struggling since 1 week, but very cold support even after visiting Jio Store and Airtel Xpress Store. I want fibre/broadband at my location and its very pathetic that you are not available at such a prime location in capital city.
