    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . My customer ID is 304840934. I paid 1500 for an Airtel Black subscription on Dec 17. The wifi was installed on Dec 20 but for some reason, DTH was cancelled by the company at their end. (1/n)

    On a sudden my Airtel sim lost its connection and when i reached to nearby Airtel customer care, there is no correct information or any response on issue. All they mentioned is to buy a new one so Again I bought a new sim with same number. Worst Src @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia i done my recharge on 09 Jan and my recharge update on 12 Jan so I am not able to use my three days service and now my validity is according to 9 Jan so in this case what about my three days service those i am never use
