    @Airtel_Presence Day 5 and issue is still unresolved. Last month the same happened for 15 days. Either you guys restore my connection and refund my days or cancel the subscription. I'll switch to @AllianceBroadb1 works much better. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am an old customer with Airtel. My due date for a bill payment was yesterday. Even before the day started your guys have stopped my Wifi and phone out going was barred. Multiple requests on twitter never told the actual reason..

    @airtelindia your broadband service crashed on 17th June, i have created SR 10052139410 on the same day. your team shamelessly says wait for 24 Hrs every day for last 12 days. You are the worst service provider for sure.

    @airtelindia I have requested for brodband service at Varanasi. Your representative came, checked availability and distance from nearer distribution point and then booked on 23 June. Your installation engineer comes with predecided mentality for not installing.

    So the fastag will be delivered in next 2 working days. Now when i called them after 2 working days they agin told me that it will take 14 more working days to deliver the fastag.. @airtelindia sucks!!! #airtelin #airtel
