    My airtel Wi-Fi stopped working day before yesterday. I logged a ticket through app the following morning @ 8 am and the service engineer was at door step by 11 am, replaced the modem and ensured it is working fine all at free of cost. Thank you @airtelindia super smooth service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised a shifting request on 8th Oct 22 at 8.11 am so far there is no call from your team even after multiple follow ups. Being a Airtel Black customer for the 1st time I feel your normal service was better. Do I shift to a new service provider?
