  @airtelindia You take less than 24 hours to install new connection, but for disconnection you simply keep calling & do nothing. Do you want us not to purchase any service from Airtel in future? Is this the moto behind calling again & again for same thing and frustrate customer ?

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Dear airtel my internet is not working in 4g is only shows 2g. I try to contact 121 but it only computer human never connected. Is this your service i get a deadline for 8 days to resolve. I think thats yhe reason you are losing customer
