Worst service airtel. They automatically stop your sim for no reason and then ask you to buy sim from some other number and then automatically change it to postpaid without even telling you. Worst worst worst. Making fool out of your customers!! @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I tried Airtel helpline number 400 for blocking deactivating my fastag. But afte listening to lectures that I'm A priority customer, the call got cut abruptly. I'm not able to raise issues. Even change of name I'm facing issues.

@airtelindia #airtel help# i had been a loyal airtel customer. 2 yrs back shifted to Airtel black, now coz of service issue disconnected DTH & Extreme fibre. Irony is even after 3 months of disconnection still i am paying monthly rentals. Customer support only raise ticket.
