    @Airtel_Presence Visiting my hometown@Raniganj, WB -713347 from Delhi. Found ur network situation miserable, have to use hostspot from Vodafone. Feedback from local people is "Airtel to bilkul bekaar h yaha, switch to Voda / Jio". Pls dont let this feedback continue @airtelindia

    Hello @TRAI @DoT_India as per your order to service providers to give benefit to their customers to extend validity from their main a/c balance, though @airtelindia have implemented it but neither @VodafoneIN nor @Idea have not done yet.

    @TheKunalKushwah @airtelindia >Usually 198/121 customer care executive know about FRC. >Don't visit showroom they don't know anything usually. >Contact nearest retailer & ask him about FRC amount. >Don't give ur handset 2 him. >Usually FRC is ₹(50-100) rupees costlier than normal recharge like in Jio.

    @TheKunalKushwah @airtelindia Usually 121/198 customer care executive know about FRC. Contact ur nearest retailer with ur no. don't give ur handset to ask 4 FRC. FRC's r usually 100/- costlier like in Jio.
