Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are Facing Network Problem in my area last 20 years. Although have a jio tower but 50% people using airtel sim. I am one of them . So please install a tower or collab with jio For better network. Guniada, Bankura, West Bengal

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't understand why poor network when there is no electricity. I ported from voda to Airtel because of this reason but Airtel is also doing the same now. We can not browse internet and call quality is very poor if no power at my village.

@TRAI @airtelindia So whats the deal with refunding security deposits once a customer moves to a different service provider? You enjoyed that deposit for over 20 years along with the interest that accrued, when it comes to refund, you guys go silent. I am going to raise my voice
