@Airtel_Presence Visiting my hometown@Raniganj, WB -713347 from Delhi. Found ur network situation miserable, have to use hostspot from Vodafone. Feedback from local people is "Airtel to bilkul bekaar h yaha, switch to Voda / Jio". Pls dont let this feedback continue @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence I want my landline connection removed asap. Your IVR menu is worst and your app does not have that option. I have been a customer of @airtelindia as long as I can remember and this is how you harass your customer by making this process so difficult.

Dear @airtelindia , we are suffering w.r.r to your cheap internet services since last 1.5 years and still waiting for resolution. And @airtelindia can’t even wait 48 hours for us to pay the bill and disconnected service without intimation.. & not even taking disconnection request
