@airtelindia Since last 3 weeks, Most of the subscribed channels are not displayed. Shows Error as TV Code 4. No solution on Airtel App, Customer care etc. so far Last complaint Reference no. is 23348714 for Technical Issue. Airtel digitalTV ID 3015583219 - 002. Pls redress asap

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely pathetic customer service. Can't even lodge the issue. My mobile data is not working. Your app wants us to turn off the Wifi to detect fault, and then says no network. Is it not obvious, and that's why I'm raising the complaint.

Why @airtelindia don't have any no Where we can call for instant help toll free no is useless because IVR keep on barking and can't talk to customer care. @Airtel_Presence why you guys disconnected the net connection after payment too.. we have atleast 4 Airtel connection. Y ??
