These @airtelindia broadband teams are so inefficient that they can't resolve the internet issue in 5 days also. Even their supervisor named Ankur and Jerebin will lie on your face that the technician will visit within 2 hours or 4 hours. @Airtel_Presence #badcustomerservice

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why dont you rename your Xtream DTH to Xstream Slow DTH... I have never seen such a lazy set up box in my life. Even a local cable provider android box is way faster than your box. Pathetic service. Even DTH customer service doesn't know what to do.
