    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence sinces I recharged unlimited pack of 3gb/day I am facing huge problem in call and internet. I think it is India's slowest 4G network not fastest. Customer care executive was also too much rude to me. I Think i have to change my sim card.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I already told Airtel provides worst 4G network in our area.When I contact to customer support they are giving me time and date repeatedly. And without information they closed my complaint 2 times. Finally I am going to change sim to jio. It just enough.

    Being a loyal customer for 10+ years for Airtel and they ban my outgoing because I didn't pay their overpriced postpaid bill for which two times I had logged complaint and they are unable to solve. @airtelindia @Airtel @VittalGopal Please provide solution at earliest.

    @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , from the last 9 months I kept on reaching multiple people's through multiple channels like customer care, Airtel store, sending DMs here, but still what I got in return is a ticket no everytime, which used to get close after every 15-20 days.

    @airtelindia Just did a recharge of ₹128. Really had an emergency to make a call l, but its been hours now still couldn't make a call ,sms or use the internet ! Pathetic service! P.S.- Using wifi to make this tweet!

    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence please help here. I’m fibre connection user only on paper. But my connection is copper cable. I’m supposed to get 200 mbps but the max available speed for any plans is 40 mbps.

    @airtelindia @GoogleIndia @airtelindia you should first fix your app and your service. Updated my 799 plan to 999 but it's been 3 weeks and still it's not updated. No one is responding. They say it will be done in 24 hours every time I call. Check your DM and respond asap
