Airtel Network is biggest problem in our area ( Jitwarpur , 841219) airtel operator visited but he didn't improve still problems are going on . If airtel doesn't improve our network then 2k customer will be shifted in Jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

2/n @airtelindia The helpline support raises all variety of complaints other than your main issue. Only thing they can do is raise a new complaint. They simply misguide you by saying everything will be sorted by this new complaint.
