@JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

Airtel Network is biggest problem in our area ( Jitwarpur , 841219) airtel operator visited but he didn't improve still problems are going on . If airtel doesn't improve our network then 2k customer will be shifted in Jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@janam_parikh @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sir, consider yourself lucky. More than 10 months & still no resolution to a complaint with multiple reminders. They are so competent that you will get a call from an Airtel agent on your Airtel number asking you to port to Airtel.

@reliancejio @JioCare Guys do you have any turnaround time for the Fiber connectivity? On a live site, it's been more than 5 days when your sales guy signed me up. I guess @airtelindia charges extra but has much better service. Now I would not even like to test your service.
