It's a kind of loot. And on asking ZSM has asked to PORT nos. Even ZBM is backing him. #ShameonAIRTEL

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what is point to collect info when you can’t take any action . Is everything done just for social media or someone will take action and answer why old customer are charged more than new comer . Why can’t I change my plan ?

    @airtelindia I have been using ur broadband service from last few mths. The service is extremely poor as every 3-4 days internet doesnt work and this is a serious issue as I work from home, and cannot afford to have internet not working so frequently. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

    @airtelindia if you are not able to provide free customer support. please mention the same to customers on before hand. I have qn, is there any policy that i need to recharge my dish tv immediately after expiry? if not will i be charged late fee??

    @reliancejio Your coverage is going from bad to worse in my city. Phone don't treat your customers as cash cows. If you are raising the tariffs, the least one expects is basic connectivity for voice, atleast. Please give us that. We will use @airtelindia broadband for the net.

    Been a loyal @ACTFibernet customer. Got lured into taking @airtelindia broadband. Not even completed one billing cycle. Going through 2nd outage already. Been 30 mins already. 121 says wait till 20.46 !!
