  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Also it is not about just one customer, but the whole society has a problem. Check the complaints from the area which you already started receiving. We already requested to cancel the account under the name of Jyoti Chaturvedi.

  Yeh airtel sim mei pechle 1 hafte se 5G issue aarha hai, despite having 5G handset + 5G recharge.. 4G data Pehle use ho rha hai and 5G nahi.. what could be the issue? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ₹349 recharge stuck since 24 March + ₹100 wrongly deducted. Wrong postpaid activation without consent. No resolution. Resolve immediately or I will escalate to DoT.

  I raised network issue for my wifi on 11 apr, sat & today on 13 when i called the help desk they told me that they will look into it and will take atleast 4 hrs to resolve the issue, for 2 days they didnt even acknowledged the issue. request ID: 11028280271 @airtelindia
