    @airtelindia , Even after a reply from the Appellate Authority, my DTH (Cust ID: 3063850751) is still not working (No Signal since 28 Mar 2026). Multiple tickets closed without any visit — issue remains unresolved. How long should a customer wait?

    Really disappointed with airtel's internet service, I've complained many times regarding my internet issue but they never fix and if we don't pay the bill they suspend the services even incoming calls and SMS. The internet is even slower than 2G @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence today at least 4 days but no engineer is assigned for iptv installation. I complained on x and mail and called customer care but no issue was solved.

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Can anyone help me as a customer of airtel who paid for a service and now I as a customer have to reach out to your Service Agents and other people just because they cannot do their work or are on leave. Simple request of IPTV turns heavy work for us

    @airtelindia @airtelsupport Airtel Black customer, there has been absolutely no progress. I have received no proper response from the installation engineer, nor any clear communication on when the installation will be completed.
