Had a new connection 15 days before and the internet just get Shut down for 4 days in the duration. Very bad service Had a plan of 100Mbps and not able to give 100 kbps of speed .. And the Local team just manipulate us.

I clearly mentioned that the internet drops / degraded between 7PM - 11 PM IST. This is purely to do with bandwidth sharing, what is that technician do with the WiFI router!!

Your app is a fraud. The only advice it gives is to switch off and then switch on.
