@airtelindia Very bad Experience with Airtel Extreme fiber. Had a new connection 15 days before and the internet just get Shut down for 4 days in the duration. Very bad service Had a plan of 100Mbps and not able to give 100 kbps of speed .. And the Local team just manipulate us.

@airtelindia if you think you can loot us by forcing us to do recharge above 50rs per month, and that 79rs damn pack doesn't have SMS to be sent, why are you pushing us into dark ages? Remember if public starts to get pissed what would happen

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #worstservice. It's almost two weeks that I'm still not able to update email to my account so that I can initiate the eSim request. Updated on airtel app, not reflecing in account. Online no edit option. Store cannot help. Call 121 no one to support.

@airtelindia Bad service from my Airtel app, my number recharged 3 times with 251₹, as app was showing " technical issue" and arrogant behaviour from your customer care. Please take actions before you loose your customers.
