@airtelindia Very bad Experience with Airtel Extreme fiber. Had a new connection 15 days before and the internet just get Shut down for 4 days in the duration. Very bad service Had a plan of 100Mbps and not able to give 100 kbps of speed .. And the Local team just manipulate us.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone to Airtel because of better service and internet speed. But with Airtel basic coverage area in Goa is very bad. I regret my decision & planning to switch again. @goacm is also not working honestly for improvement in this issue.

Hello @airtelindia, I am a regular prepaid Internet connection customer. Today when I called up the customer care to request them to share my Ebill for the preceding month, they REFUSED to do so stating policy change in which prepaid customers will not be given bills. 1/2

Worst service given by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Done a recharge a month ago in Airtel Thanks App. Couldn't download a receipt for the same. Raised a ticket 10 days ago, still it is pending, no resolution given. Will port into some other network!
