@airtelindia Very bad Experience with Airtel Extreme fiber. Had a new connection 15 days before and the internet just get Shut down for 4 days in the duration. Very bad service Had a plan of 100Mbps and not able to give 100 kbps of speed .. And the Local team just manipulate us.

@Airtel_Presence The best thing to do in a scenario where u experience outage is proactively update ur social media handle or update the customers during the start of issue so that they can get backup and do not panic ... Least any customer expects @airtelindia #AirtelDown

Inspite of repeated complaints @BSNLCorporate Bsnl fiber issues are not being resolved. No wonder 4 million household left Bsnl for @JioCare @airtelindia in November alone. Waiting for Jio or Airtel fiber to launch in my area. Complaint no.1057798768
