@airtelindia Very bad Experience with Airtel Extreme fiber. Had a new connection 15 days before and the internet just get Shut down for 4 days in the duration. Very bad service Had a plan of 100Mbps and not able to give 100 kbps of speed .. And the Local team just manipulate us.

@airtelindia My broadband is dead from last 12 days and made a complain on 3/11/21 ,9/11/21,&11/11/21 but no one has called or visited to resolve the problem. Needless to say such a poor service didn't expected. Due to this my children's classes are hampering. Will move to jio

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have 2 VI postpaid SIM cards and these have to port in Airtel prepaid. You service center are not ready to directly port in prepaid instead they are asking to port in postpaid and then after 90 days in prepaid. Please help me.

@airtelindia No body trust this company. There marketing people will come to you with promises to provide better service but once you port out to their network no customer support at all. We are now porting out of this bad network immediately. The business is completely stopped
