    @airtelindia Very bad Experience with Airtel Extreme fiber. Had a new connection 15 days before and the internet just get Shut down for 4 days in the duration. Very bad service Had a plan of 100Mbps and not able to give 100 kbps of speed .. And the Local team just manipulate us.

    Ok..now am told that my complaint which was to be resolved by 6pm yesterday, then 11am today and again by 6pm today has been escalated. Wondering if it has reached the Mt Everest or has finally climbed to the Moon. Yes @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I hv raised the complain regarding my dth having problem of no signal on 29 Sep 2022. After that I got call from your service engineer & he was asking the happy code without visiting. I have denied for the same. Till now no one visited. 9628366600 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Some one is using my internet via entering from using Router id password. I've changed the password still he is there. Once I blocked him, he unblock himself. Please help. @Uppolice

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i had activated IR only for one day then why are you keeping it activated till date. I also tried to deactivate it on app. But it dint work on app. Why u r going down in quality when compared with jio

    @airtelindia team, I am having an issue where my sim shows up with "stop" sign and gives me an error "not registered on network". Raised an issue via app, but the resolution time is by Oct 19th. It certainly needs to be better than that.

    The Bhubaneswar exclusive stores of @airtelindia seem to have shortages in SIM Cards and error in their server. Please look into the matter and expect better customer support from @airtelindia. #poorcustomerservice #CustomerService
