    @airtelindia Very bad Experience with Airtel Extreme fiber. Had a new connection 15 days before and the internet just get Shut down for 4 days in the duration. Very bad service Had a plan of 100Mbps and not able to give 100 kbps of speed .. And the Local team just manipulate us.

    @airtelindia your services are getting poor day by day. No signals inside the building, regular call drops. Had to go out of the building to talk. No internet working. Would port it soon to other carrier and you will be losing a client who was with you for 10 years.

    @airtelindia I received a msg from aitrel, if u have signal problems or low internet speed change to post paid, wether u give good service to post paid customer only?? I have all the above problem for last 3 days.. .

    It is very disappointing that no solution was provided to me regarding the activation sim for which mail was sent on Sept.24and dm done on Instagram,even after providing all necessary documents& justification.Kindly look into matter & resolve.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Hello Airtel, I have witnessed such a bad customer service experience from you @airtelindia. My broadband is not working since last 4 days and you haven't done anything to resolve it. I have registered a complaint also still you are not responding. Please resolve it ASAP.
