Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, do you really care your customers? The worst part is that if you are unable to call, you can't even call the @airtelindia customer care also. I'm not talking about the quality of internet here. Any suggestions to attain call uninterruptedly?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia broadband down from morning, no one is bothered. Every time I call, I get answer of unplanned outage. From 9AM the outage is ongoing. I am not going to pay for this, credit 1 day bill amount to my account.

@airtelindia Broadband connection down since morning. Resolution time automatically getting changed after ever 3 hours to manage SLA. Customer care not ready to take complain, with an excuse that it's a regular outage issue no complaint can be taken.....?? Poor situation
