  @JioCare I am extremely frustrated with the constant disruption to my Wi-Fi service. My neighbour recently raised a complaint, and after your technician worked on their connection, my internet has started facing the exact same issue. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no way to speak to a human through your customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but there isn’t even an option to connect with a representative. I need this issue resolved immediately. If I don’t receive a prompt response and a permanent fix, I’ll have no choice but to switch to @airtelindia.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have taken Wi-Fi 03334669032 and struggling for TV Activating n for the last 15 days. Requested for installation of Set top Box for activation of TV. Called to 0334444121. However no responses received. Even request number is neither generated nor shared with me. Request Airtel Authority to please help.

  Calling on customer care is imposible @airtelindia , tried multiple times, press this & that, what the F is going on? unable to get OTP from many services and many time call don't connect.
