    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If I'm paying money for a service, i should have all the freedom to customize the configuration as per my need because your backend / client facing network engg's have no knowledge/training to do so!! Great first month experience.

    @Airtel_Presence 89 days more and I can leave Airtel. Thank you Mohit, Karan G and Priyanka. I've lost trust in @airtelindia. It's just a bunch of lies, incorrect info & fooling genuine customers. Where's customer service gone?

    @Airtel_Presence Hello Abhishek, until then can you please work with your teams to not give multiple calls asking for payment. I'm fine with giving time for resolution but the least I expect is not to get calls from @airtelindia to explain the issue all over again and ask for the double payment!

    @airtelindia I am being badly harassed by ur bureaucratic processes. I wish to delink my family plan & such a simple thing is not happening due to ur horrible staff. Upon repeated attempts there is no call from ur team to come verify the address.

    @airtelindia Sir My wife recharged Rs.839/- on dated 07.4.22. With this recharge we get Disney hotstar one year subscription and Amazon prime one month trial and airtel xstream mobile pack. Mobile no.9503798658 but we didnt get anything kindly help us
