    its literally next to impossible to raise any concern with @airtelindia , did a recharge, the pack did not get activated. Now i’m in a loop between voice bot and chat bot . Neither of them being able to log a complaint. Its so frustrating. @TRAI

    Kindly recall @Airtel_Presence even after sending details on dm till now no resolution as still getting error for complaint made yesterday while trying to access airtel selfcare website. If further delayed with no proper resolution matter to be escalated @airtelindia

    @dewakar_raj143 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they are useless and there is no co-ordination between Field team, call center and back end team, I'm facing interet issue from 5 days not even a proper resolution provided.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews dish stopped working with "No Signal." Now you're asking for another ₹150 to fix a problem caused by your own installation. This feels like nothing but a money-making scheme. Customers shouldn't have to pay twice for your technician's faulty work.
