@JohnRayhan They don't have a customer service, it is non existent. Both @VodafoneGroup and @airtelindia are giving it away to JIO while we customers are still clinging to them just because we don't want to go with JIO. I along with family left both and using BSNL, Happy with BSNL.

Till now no one contacted to me. @airtelindia and their employees are not taking it seriously .. Still I raised many complaints and talked at all possible level (customer exicutive and nodal officer)but result is null . I am trying my last effort with @airtelindia

@JioCare took more than a week to decide whether they want 4 numbers as customers or not. They never returned calls @airtelindia took the opportunity and convinced the customer to move entire family to Airtel Customer Service is not easy. If you don't care, someone else will.
