    @airtelindia Do you employ goondas/loafers/goons to attend complaints. Today 1 goon came to attend my complaint and was shouting . He then advised me to disconnect the landline. Shame on you

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I bought airtel black recently & it seems a worst decision. Poor Internet & no response on d2h upgrade. Tickets raised & no response yet. This is happening when I am in NCR, not sure how your services are in tier 2&3.

    @airtelindia Facing bad network from last more than 2 years...Many times registered complaint through customer care, but still facing the same. Every time for getting clear voice or good connectivity we are going nearby window during call or browsing internet

    @airtelindia time came to switch from Airtel. Being a customer of more than 10 years. Using BLACK plan. From 16 my SR has been going on for shifting. After so many followups I got a solution for internet, still no body came for DTH. Mob-8123038889.
