  @airtelindia my postpaid sim internet is not working for 3 days. Customer care only automated messages are coming. With out rectifying the issue for 3 days is not acceptable. I need an immediate solution.

  Internet connectivity in Sarisab Pahi, Bihar 847424 is completely down on both Airtel and Jio networks. Even mbl towers stop working during power cuts because there’s no DG backup available.This is causing major inconvenience to residents. Immdt actn needed. @airtelindia @JioCare

  This is disgusting and every 4 days I faced same issue. @airtelindia please hire good engineers as we pay thousands for a month and you providing useless service. Else looks to switch @jio_fiber @JioCare

  @airtelindia “Priority Postpaid” feels like creating a VIP lane ,Now premium users get better network performance in crowded areas while prepaid users wait behind? Instead of fixing congestion for everyone, telecom companies are turning stable connectivity into a premium feature.

  @Airtel_Presence did a prepaid recharge on May 21, 11:22 am via @NPCI_BHIM mobile app. Until now status shows "Your transaction is in process", I didn't receive recharge on my number nor amount back in my account. @airtelindia great service 👍
