    @airtelindia How long will I have to wait for my network to be fixed? Please stop giving me one deadline after another. If the issue cannot be resolved, let me know clearly. You have been given 48 hours to fix it. If my network is still not fixed, I will port my SIM to Jio.

    Trying to disconnect my Airtel Xstream Fiber for 2 days. Visited the Airtel Store, called 121 twice, was promised callbacks twice, but never got one. Why is it so hard to cancel a service? Please help. @airtelindia #Airtel #CustomerService

    @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customers without providing a service. They are not able fix the internet issues since many months and now jio expecting customer to pay bill and even not allowing to port the number to Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am unable to understand why I am being asked to pay for a service that I havenever used. I cleared all my outstanding dues on 19th May I have proof of both the payments made to Airtel and can share the receipts whenever required.
