Regretting my decision to go with @airtelindia for broadband. I am supposedly a premium customer. Internet is down for 4 days. Called many times. Not a single technician has visited. Will strongly recommend ACT fiber if you are making a decision.

@airtelindia @airtelnews In my area since 10 days very slow internet connectivity we are getting , we paid for 4g and we are getting gprs speed only. I enquired about the reason and they are saying there is some site upgradation work is going on and will be fixed in few days

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Fancing the frequent internet disconnection raised a complaint for the same. Getting no resolution, can you assign a engineer who can look into this. Highly frustrating.

@utsavtechie @airtelindia I am an telecom engineer and I know about how these things work... Airtel 4G is good for me I am using it since long and never had any issue... In my city they just started 5G and may be it is in testing phase I will wait for some time before making any decisions

@Johnson2391967 Not pathetic its best that they should close the airtel service completely. Why they want people to recharge and pay money, when calling facility itself is a prb in some of the Major locations like AECS layout, Kundahalli Gate, Marathalli etc @airtelindia
