But can't lodge complaint through app. Stupid chat bots have no option. How can I diagnose with no connection. If I turn mobile data on, then app says broadband is ok.

I was given an offer by Ms. Komal (7042026175) to renew it by Rs.582 for 3 months and a free replacement of setup box at no extra cost. But this has not been provided yet.
