Dear @airtelindia, What kind of service you are providing!! I am not able to register email address against my Airtel number for the eSIM service. Tried through Airtel thanks app and tried calling customer care several times with no result. Really disappointed!!

FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I’ve never seen fraud like you, I requested for Airtel stream Fiber but I got copper connection and airtel sales team gave me false commitment. So I want to disconnect this service and want refund for it

If we have to point out the worst customer service, @airtelindia would surely be up there in maybe top 3. It takes them months to check our complaints, forget about redressal. That may not be done in next year also. @Airtel_Presence has no presence it seems
