  So it has been more than 24 hours that my data services are not working. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtrl @airtelbank have been of no help at all. @TRAI this is how telecom companies treat their customers. @rsprasad Sir, companies are spreading rumors about Govt turning off

  @airtelbank So it has been 24 hrs since the data on my phone is not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has not been helpful. @TRAI telecom companies do not spare even a penny from customers, when it comes to service and customer support they are shy to work. @rsprasad

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelbank Poor show. Not able to use Internet services since 8 am. Customer executives not helpful. Have spoken to 5 different people but no solution. Using @BSNLCorporate WiFi to type this. Time to changenetwork. Call id 1-108A4D3GJ.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence thanks for giving such pathetic wifi services. I have taken 100 mbps plan and the ntwrk is day in day out either very slow or not at all getting connected. India should have a third party net provider like starlink , monopoly needed to be broken

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called up your cc number to request my wifi cancelation due to personal reasons. As per cc exec he needs his supervisor approval and the supervisor will again talk to customer b4 approval. Why this trick to delay and harass.
