    @airtelindia I am an Airtel black customer having 4 postpaid connections, an Internet and a DTH and have raised a request-10023076703 for issue yesterday at 1PM which was supposed to be addressed by 3:30PM today and hasn’t been resolved yet. Is this the service you’re providing?

    @Airtel_Presence please don't assign any service engineer for it. Everytime they come and said everything is fine. I also told them that the main problem is routing. And they ask me to contact customer service. The same i explain to them Routing issue from your end. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Can someone please look into service request 10021841597. The internet is down from 8 days. Did not correct on its own. Raised service request and made call to at least 6 people from Airtel. Anyone actually looking into customer complaints?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If the same is going on....then at a point of time u will realise your mistake. Try to solve the issue from root. I Found too many articles on different forums regarding this issue. Plz listen to ur loyal customers and try to solve this issue.
