@airtelindia hey.. my granny has a basic keyboard phone and she uses Airtel sim. I recharged 100rs plan which was shown in phone pay for her number. However the services were discontinued and had to pay again. Please help.

How many days do you take to resolve a broadband issue @airtelnews . It’s been 4 days and counting. And @airtelindia #panchkula office has no clue when and how the issue would be resolved. No Internet service in Sector 8 panchkula since 4 days now.

@JioCare Hello Team No engineer visited since last 3 days even after repetitive calls and mails. I visited Jio fibre office and they informed me they cannot resolve this issue till 8-10 months. Thank you for pathetic customer service @airtelindia Time to say Hello
