Surprisingly @airtelindia executive informed that he added notes for waiver request & can be applied for the time service is not used. Now, #Airtel is unable to process this request. Even the store at Rajajipuram Lucknow has denied and bill is generated for the service not used

@airtelindia @airtelcomplaint My concern is I was forced to pay extra 399 for 4 months even though I reached out to Customer care multiple times and raised multiple tickets too however there was no help. I need my money back that i was forced to pay as no one was listening to me

@airtelindia @airtelcomplaint I also reached out to customer care multiple times but they asked me to visit the store and hence I had to go to the store nearby (Gulshan Vivante Noida Sector 137) where the agent mentioned that I didn't need to visit the store.
