    This is how your twitter team os doing @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews . Better to opt for Jio fiber now, being a customer I am paying some amount and not asking for it so why beg for the connection.1 technician also informed that device is present but not installed.

    dear @airtelindia in my village sherpur, Sawaimadhopur india the generator of airtel tower was stolen and therefore when light goes there is no connectivity in my whole area. Plz solve this issue asap. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia We need to first either port out or shift to pre-paid and then shift back to post-paid. Isn't this ridiculous?? Please give us the contact of your officer at Kolhapur District who can help us and resolve issues.

    @airtelindia broadband is down from yesterday for us. First we got 5pm deadline, then 8pm deadline and then 11pm deadline SMS. But still internet is not back yet. We are working on mobile data which is very slow. How should we do our office work? Kids exam also going on.
