Then I called to customer care their Airtel executive will say that the order i.d is not created and I will escalate the issue to respected team and issue will be resolved in 48 hrs. After 48hrs when I called the customer care again the same story @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia One of the worst service providers I have come across. Never ever go for it. They promised the is connectivity in my area and took deposit n 2days later thy Tel me there is no connectivity. I am still following up for my refund. Nobody cares a damn
