Worst service ever, my broadband is not working from last 1 day and today the airtel engineering who arrived for resolving this issue said it will be done by tomorrow. So for a small issue airtel will take 3 days,my work from home work is hampered @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Jio is providing better service. Same problem faced by my neighbour but jio customer service people resolved the issue within 3 hour. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia first learn how to serve customers. Taking 3 days for resolving small issues . hopeless service

@airtelindia I am fed up with Airtel Network service. On 24th September 2022 at 2:42 PM I logged a complaint due to a network issue but 26hours left, still not resolved. This problem happens to me very frequently. Every time I have loosed the data because this issue.
