    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Due to this network issue, I am not receiving the office OTP, which is affecting my work. If I lose my job I will take legal action,I have also followed up with the Airtel store at Chandanagar, but the issue is still not resolved since Sunday

    Its been more than a month I purchased a DTH remote last month but it turned out to be faulty Despite repeated folowups no 1 has come to replace it Worst DTH service ever The days of local cable networks were much better I genuinely miss those times @airtelindia #AirtelDTH

    I am extremely disappointed with behavior of field engineer during visit. Instead of resolving issue, he misbehaved & was involved in physical aggression. Such conduct raises serious concerns. Requesting for strict action @airtelindia #Airtel #CustomerService #ConsumerRights

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4+ months of unresolved network issues, 2 complaints closed without resolution, and no clear explanation. The matter has now been escalated through the DoT Public Grievance Portal. Grievance No: DOTEL/E/2026/0034710 Awaiting a proper resolution.
