    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint is pending since April 2026 even after escalating to higher officials. I never expected this from Airtel. Expecting resolution ASAP.

    @airtelindia This is ridiculous, no internet connectivity since more than 24hours. Is this a joke? No proper response from customer care either. One last time, if not I am moving out if airtel wifi and porting out my phone network as well

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, For the last several days, Airtel users in Village Rohat, District Sonipat, Haryana have been facing severe network issues. Voice calls take 1–2 minutes to connect. Even after connecting, there is often no audio from either side. Calls have to be disconnected and reconnected 2–3 times before they work. Mobile internet is also extremely slow and unstable. This is not an individual issue—almost all Airtel users in the area are experiencing the same problem. Kindly investigate the local tower/network and restore normal service at the earliest.

    @komedyboyz @airtelindia You know what? This speed reduction is allegedly because of Priority Postpaid. To show priority postpaid as an upgrade, they reduced the speed of pre paid **** them literally

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.

    Loyalty should mean better support, not more frustration. Chatbots are fine for basics, but for real issues I need actual human help — not endless deflections. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia fix this for your premium customers. This black hole experience is disappointing.
