  Two months without a proper network in Abhama, Pulwama. Every call to Airtel customer care ends with the same false promise, "wait 4 hours." We are tired of excuses. Either fix the issue immediately or tell us if we should port to another network. Enough is enough. @airtelindia

  Have been using two @airtelindia Premium Postpaid connections, but the experience of reaching customer care is absolutely terrible. For a premium service, the customer support is deeply disappointing. What’s the point of paying more if you can’t even speak to a representative.

  Dear @AirtelIndia, My Airtel no. has been barred due to a KYC issue. Customer care informed me that the SIM is registered in another person's name, despite me being the genuine long-term user and having obtained it through an authorized channel. Please DM.

  Dear @airtelindia I hd raised issue over broadband on July 18th. By 20th they were to close that. But till today 22nd July no person has visited my site. Even call to customer care is pending still. Let me know should i wait or take further action? Thanks
