@airtelindia There are very few Airtel Retailer/Store in Asansol, West Bengal. Hence getting SIM replaced or upgraded is extremely difficult & cumbersome. More stores should be introduced or these type of issues should be sorted out through online support.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service by airtel, our complain no 10042376422 was raised on 26-05-2022 for no internet service on broadband and we were assured that it wil be resolved within 24hrs. Still no one has showed up nor no calls from airtel side.
