Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , just got a call from one of your rep on my registered number. She tried to fool me to activate a service which I did not even request for on my airtel digital tv. She explained what that service was about and sent me an OTP and asked me to 1/2

@JioCare I’ve never seen such a mismanaged and misinformed service provider. Made a huge mistake of porting from @airtelindia. My number’s disconnected for over a week and Jio has failed to resolve the issue. Have been running around multiple stores as none of them are competent.
