    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia This is TOTAL HARASSMENT by @Airtel_Presence! Wasted money in prepaid, then forced me to switch to postpaid promising better speed, but SAME USELESS SERVICE! Speed drops right after resolving complaints. Stop looting customers! Resolve this permanent issue NOW! @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence been hours since I posted about my OTT bundle being removed from my plan. Still ZERO response or resolution. Why is my concern not being addressed? Paying for priority service but getting zero help. Do something or I’ll escalate this publicly!

    @airtelindia Customers pay for reliable connectivity and responsive support—not repeated IVR loops and unfulfilled promises. Kindly escalate this complaint, arrange an engineer visit at the earliest, and provide a permanent resolution. This level of customer service unacceptable
