    Service request # 10947303842 is still with no contact or update from @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence It has become a joke as company claim to resolve issue in couple of hours but issues are dragging for more than 15 days. @MIB_India how to raise formal complaint?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you have the most pathetic service in Gangapur road, Nashik. My wifi is not working since 12pm today and my father went to airtel office 3 times today and each time they said eng will come but later they said go back home we will think to do it tmrw.

    Such horrible experience with Airtel wifi post paid and their app. Everything is horrible. What ******** their tech team is doing. @airtelindia . I wifi is not working from last 3 day’s raised complain nothing happened app doesn’t allow to raise complain. Acc : 20034913776
