    @airtelindia @sunilbmittal what a shame, I've been running helter skelter trying to prove to your staff that I had made a pending payment. Now you disconnect my internet asking me to wait 3 more days for a resolution. I wish y'all were this relaxed when you were taking my money.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi Airtel, my 10yr old sim suddenly is not working. Its being used by my father and i currently live abroad. The customer care personal is asking for me to personally visit which is not possible. Can you please provide an alternate solution?

    @airtelindia india's worst and hopeless network awrd goes to AIRTEL.. NO network in my area where other network is giving good speed in same phone.. Just pathetic...

    @JenishaRani @airtelindia That's their standard response :) push them a few more times and you will be able to predict what their response would be. Just so pointless. I've had three service requests created and auto resolved in 2020 and they had the audacity to ask for a feedback.
