    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no reply here even after such poor service, will the problem be resolved or not? It would be better if you get Jio Airfiber installed, at least the technician's number comes up after complaining, nothing like this is happening here.

    Dear @airtelindia, Jio has had 5G in my area for nearly 2 years, while Airtel still has only 4G. Even the 4G is unusably slow every evening. My complaint was marked "resolved," but the issue remains. If this isn't fixed, my family will port all 3 numbers to Jio. #NetworkIssue
