    @airtelindia what a pathetic service you guys are giving.. technology is heading towards 5G and you guys are comfortable with 2G.. Shame on you.. I tried to book my complaint many times but no response from your side. Such a crap piece of service.

    @airtelindia worst service ever I got .. it’s been a month my child number unable to receive the incoming calls and even I changed sim as per your care center suggestion but still nothing has changed.. and worst part even for porting uncle to get code!!

    @airtelindia if you can’t fulfill ur commitment then kindly stop giving such commitments. #AirtelThanks is a complete failure. Today is 21st Jul, I raised my complaint through customer care call service and given resolution date is 30th Jul 5.10pm. U guys r out of senses totally

    Airtel Office Assured Me For Telephonic Help Regarding My Port In Request At 11 Am Today . No Contact Yet . I guess Its better to stick with jio . As local airtel office is also not responding to calls . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia customer care service is really bad, I was never able to get a call with the customer executive. When I go to the store they tell me to call 121 then why are Airtel stores there if they can't help, but helpline no. is also not useful.

    @airtelindia I have requested for Porting (Airtel to Airtel circle change) on 24th October. I have been informed that Porting will be completed within 24 hours. But still it is not done. If you're not able to port then let me know. I will switch to another network.

    Request people to port there number out from @airtelindia to @reliancejio as for similar issue for which jio took 3 mins to resolve its more than 30 hrs with Airtel and still not solved.. I will pay first 100 users if they port today and retweet this.

    In order to get eSIM, @airtelindia you ask their customer to wait for 48 hours whereas other service providers do the same job in less than 20 mins. You must have a pathetic setup. Poor service.
