    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel playing cheap tricks to retain porting customers. After initiation of porting request, received call from airtel pretending to be from #Jio and conning customer to send cancellation messages. This will not help retaining customers! #fraud

    @airtelindia poor service from sales team ...applied for a new connection and calling sales executive 10 times had not turn up, seems airtel has enough customer and need no more...why waste customer time after promising a visit by sales executive?

    @airtelindia It is very difficult to find solution to problems through Airtel Thanks app or the customer care calls. Why can't it be made little user friendly. The current version is really disappointing.
