@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI In the Era of 5G , Airtel is showing E ( that is 2G edge Gprs ) Location is Ludhiana , Punjab . Also facing alot of call drops and slow messaging services. Why are you charging premium when you use outdated equiments ?

I bought Airtel fiber on Friday (10th march), still waiting installation. The technical agent has rescheduled without informing me. They arent responding to calls. Even the customer care support is of no help. Please intervene @airtelindia @consumerforum_ @PiyushGoyalOffc
