    @airtelindia This is so frustrating, everytime I need any help, on 121 I cant reach to customer executive, only IVR. Sent an email also 2 days before but no reply. Very poor customer service. Please call me ASAP at my number(check your inbox)

    I paid my electricity bill through airtel app on dated 30/04/2020 they deducted my money but still bill is pending. No one take any responsibility to solve care . Very bad experience first time suffer. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Rather resolve my concern given me the advice to use Airtel Thanks App, whereas nothing is useful inside the app. Neither has any option to, if your payment get stuck and not added to wallet nor customer care exective available to sort such issue. Continue 1/2

    @sunnykarira @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Forget it Sunny. I waited for more than a year just listening to their excuses but no solution ever came. Airtel SMS doesn't arrive on VoWifi either. In the end, In moved to Jio and never looked back. Yes Jio remains mostly on VoWifi too but no SMS OTP issues on their network.
