    Airtel customer care is very poor. Never get an option to talk to anyone untill i send a port request and they disconnect the call if I ask for a supervisor. Awesome reward for loyalty @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Keep it up. U will loose more customers. 1/2

    @reliancejio Horrible Internet service over the last few months. Very difficult to reach customer support.Once we do, they say there's no problem & blame us.We've three Jio connections and three devices. What's the probability that all devices are defective? Port to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Once the leaders in mobile network and seamless calling is going from bad to worst, on complaining they say about looking into the issue but seems they are allowing others to sabotage their network possibly. #AirtelNotBothered

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please work on your customer service IVR, giving random options with no choice to talk the executive is not the way it should work. My DTH antenna connection is broken and your airtel thanks app wont fix it. I will need a HUMAN to fix it

    @JioCare I have requested for a JIO sim (porting from #vodafone) on 21/03/2021. Got a call yesterday that the agent will come today at 10AM. It's almost 1:30 and nobody has even called. Are you really this lousy for a new customer? I would go with @airtelindia instead
