  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I just switched my #iPhone and had to repair my #AppleWatch, now when I try to configure my data plan it says ‘Unable to Configure Data Plan’. It was working fine before that. I had this issue earlier as well and you guys had fixed it. Thanks 😊

  I know why @airtelindia is losing in India & will fail big time. Tried 121 @Airtel_Presence for prepaid & it took me into hopeless loop of IVRS 3 times wasting over 20mins' time to navigate & yet landed no where to resolve the issue in hand. Guess porting is the only way out
