    I don't know they bother about customer hassle or not. They are just making me Wait from last 20 days and they want more 14 days. You can try @airtelindia Fiber connection as that's far better than @JioCare Fiber connection 🧵(2/2)

    Ridiculous service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I want to move my quarterly billing to monthly & not able to get it done. The #AirtelThanks app seems to be not working for changing the bill plan & nobody replies on Twitter DM. Impossible to speak to someone on their no.
