@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's not all about apology..I faced alot of problems, all just because of this, atleast a alert was essential to give before stopping my SIM card. I don't use any alternative SIM card. 😤😤

Ever time I complaint they solve the problem at their end in books only, not at field. More then 50 complaints I have locked. They only need money ,not listen to customers what they say.
